How do I make friends online from different parts of the world?

1. You can go onto Yahoo! internationals and see if anybody is there. or you can just ask here.
2. Go onto alot of online places and see if anybody is there.
3. There are various websites that are made especially for the meeting and chatting with of pen pals like some I will list below. One that I will list is a site kind of like myspace but more associated for the purpose of talking with pen pals instead of friends you know. It's a lot better than myspace and many people from the ages of about 13 to early/late 20's that can be talked to. Another site that I list, you put an ad up asking people to be your penpal and chat. When the category of people you ask for email you, you all can chat on instant messenger, myspace, etc. after that. The other one I put up is a site where you put up an ad like the other one and is pretty much the same. Don't use Yahoo! Answers because they don't like when people ask for friends and your question and soon profile will be deleted. Hope this helps.
